Domaine Les Tines, located in Cosprons in the commune of Port-Vendres, in the heart of the Collioure AOC appellation, is a family wine estate run by the Cardoner family for five generations. Wines produced
The estate offers a full range of wines in three colors, as well as Banyuls Blanc and Rimage. Among the notable cuvées, the rosé stands out for its originality, with a blend of Syrah, Grenache Blanc, and Vermentino. It offers a textured profile, with notes of bergamot, candied lemon, and a zesty finish.
The red Collioure, for its part, has a strong character and a velvety feel. Aged in barrels, it reveals aromas of black fruits, heather flowers and sweet spices, offering a beautiful density and an elegant finish.
Grape varieties and viticultural practices
The estate cultivates mainly red grape varieties such as Grenache noir (20%), Mourvèdre (30%) and Syrah (50%), and white grape varieties including Grenache blanc (30%), Grenache gris (30%), Roussanne (10%) and Vermentino (30%). The harvest is carried out manually, and the average age of the vines is around 40 years.
